A: Loading of cards may be done in any currency, there will be a direct conversion into USD. Cardholders will then withdraw in whichever currency the ATM machine dispenses. Q: Could I reduce the total cost by agreeing to regular international delivery rather than courier? I am not in a big hurry to receive the card?
